This week was exciting!!!Well I'm almost to my second trimester and I did start feeling like I had a little more energy. I more just figured out that instead of coming home and laying on the couch for 10 minutes then making dinner and then back on the couch was the reason why I really never got anything done on the week days. Anyways....this week was my monthly check up. This week there were going to try to hear the heartbeat. Unfortunately, no luck there. So they wheeled in a super vintage ultrasound machine to take a look and make sure everything was ok. Babykins was ok....not only was the baby ok but he was going crazy in there....his little arms flailing around and moving all over the place. I couldn't help but laugh as I watched this little baby moving like crazy not to mention how obviously I can't feel any of it right now when the baby moves. My doctor told me I had to stop laughing for a few minutes so that she could see the heart beat....she said that we obviously know that the baby is good but she still wants to see the heartbeat. Everything was good from there. I can't believe how big the baby is already...the size of a lime this week so thinking about that and seeing the baby moving like crazy was simply amazing. Next appointment they will try to hear the heartbeat again which we should have no issues. I loved this week...so exciting to see the amazing changes from only 6 weeks.....I'm in love.
